Jack: Your question is a good one, but I need more information to help you with an answer. For example, are you in high school or college? Do you actually have to have the entire script or is a scene enough? Do you act with others or is this a monologue?

One of the best dramatic moments in theatre is in A FEW GOOD MEN. Colonel Jessup is on the witness stand in a trial about the death of one of the marines under his command. The Attorney for the defense is asking him about ways he runs his base. I am suggesting that you look at the scene toward the end of the play. If you want to see the movie with Tom Cruise, Demi Moore and Jack Nicholson, you should watch it. Of course, I'm not suggesting that you watch it so you can copy the way Nicholson acts, as if anyone could. What I'm saying is that you can watch it and see what I mean by dramatic moment. The whole house goes quiet when that conversation is over. It is stunning to say the least. So, this bit of drama can include up to three other actors or just the Colonel, depending on how much of it you decide to perform.

Now, I pick this play because it concerns goings on at the marine base in Guantanimo Bay, Cuba, so it sort of has a current significance as well.

Well, my friend, I hope this helps you. Break a leg! Rob R

Write approximately issues you be responsive to. there's a lot of drama on a daily basis in severe college. Write approximately drugs, gossip, boys and courting, instructors, events. a large number of conventional television dramas have been written approximately severe college. look at Dawson's Creek, Smallville, 90210, Hannah Montana, and so on and so on you could introduce fantasy or sci fi components, romatic subplots, conspiracies to make it extra unique and thrilling.

You need a monolouge of reasonable length that pickes up fast in drama and shows many differents sides of your talent. It should be a little bit of everything from anger to comedy. Its important that the audience is getting on the hook fast if you ask me. Johan
