If you have money for only one movie, then look at all the ones offered near you and pick-- and check your local library to see the ones you didn't see at the theaters for free when they come out on video and DVD (lots of libraries carry movies). I read a review of the movie that said it was kind of boring in a lot of places. Personally, I'd still like to see it, but I'm going to find out more at some internet sites, first. If you do see it and find it terribly boring, complain to the manager or write a letter to the studio that put the movie out to complain (if the manager does nothing. You'll feel better for venting and may even get a free ticket to make up for the bad experience. Another suggestion: if you're not sure, wait to see it at a cheap second run theater. See if you have a Carmike Cinemas Mugs & Movies near you and see it there-- the ticket is cheap and you can enjoy a decent meal instead of just popcorn. Whatever you do, have fun.

Go ahead.. just remember it's a movie and nothing else. It's your shortest way to get to the bottom of the best seller novel. But beware that it will shaken your beliefs. It's good to ask questions but not good to heed without seeing and investigating.

Sure. It's better if you haven't read the book yet because then you won't be disappointed that something was left out, which you found to be important to the story.

Sure. Why not? Go. Decide for yourself.
Don't let all these other people make the decision for you.
