Hello

I'm in a theater class in school, and we were searching for a theater play that we could perform. I searched a lot of sites, but by now i found some interesting plays, but always as i search the script for the play, i have to pay or it is not even available.

So my question is if anybody knew i theater play, what is about the puberty. So i mean, drug problems, love problems etc. but i would like it a modern way, so no Romeo and Julia.

And if anybody has such play, i am gratefully thanked if they could give me a site or so where i can find the script.

P.S: i liked very much the theater play, in Bang Bang you're dead the film. I searched the net, for it, all that i found was little intresting for me...

Ty very much X)

How about West Side Story?

Great play.

Modern version of Romeo and Juliet.

I definitely recommend it.

Gain some experience in theater, rarely does anyone just start acting and actually get a part in a movie or something, you gotta start small. Some film studios will not, or cannot, hire actors who are not part of the Screen Actors Guild (a union for actors). To get into SAG you are required to have so much time performing as an extra, or in a commercial, etc. and you have to pay the $2,277.00 fee. Their are exceptions to this, since every once and awhile a new, unknown actor gets a major part. But its tough, because everyone wants to be an actor. There is some luck involved with becoming any kind of a well paid actor. You gotta have that break through role, that you fit, and after that everyone knows you. Its just getting hired for a role that's big enough, a hard thing to do.

There's this thing called the Library.

I suggest you become aquainted with it if you're looking for scripts.
